Solid tracker, good support

I ordered the Watchmascots GPS Tracker Collar along with a Nano SIM Data Plan and a year's GPS Tracking Subscription. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. It arrived in about 5 business days to Colorado, which was decent. Setting up the collar and app was fairly easy; I followed the instructions and had it working in about 15 minutes. The collar itself feels durable and waterproof, which is important for my active dog. I had a small question about geofencing alerts, so I contacted customer support through their chat feature, and they responded within an hour with a clear explanation. The tracking accuracy has been impressive, especially when my dog wanders into the denser parts of our yard. Battery life is also as advertised. Overall, a good experience.

Reliable as always

This is my third Watchmascots GPS Tracker Collar. I got one for my first dog a couple of years ago, and then another when I adopted a second. This latest one was for my sister's dog after she saw how well mine worked. They've always been consistent with their service and product quality. The app gets regular updates, and the tracking has always been spot on. It's why I keep coming back; no reason to switch when something works this well for keeping track of the pups.

Good for my escape artist

I got the Watchmascots GPS Tracker Collar for my beagle, Buster, because he's always finding new ways out of the yard. Setting it up was pretty easy, and the app showed me right where he was when he snuck out last week. It was a huge relief, honestly. Totally worth it for peace of mind.

Good product, app could improve

I bought the Waterproof GPS Tracker for my golden retriever. The tracking is quite accurate, and I like the Geofencing Alerts. Delivery was pretty standard, took about a week. The collar itself is sturdy and seems comfortable for him. My main feedback is that while the Watchmascots App functions well for tracking, sometimes it feels a bit slow to load the map initially. It's not a deal-breaker, but a faster app experience would make it even better. Value for money is good though, given the peace of mind it offers.

Great value, worth it

I was looking for a good deal on a GPS tracker for my dog, and Watchmascots seemed like a solid option. I snagged a bundle discount when I bought the GPS Tracker Collar and a year of the GPS Tracking Subscription. It definitely felt like I got a lot for my money, especially compared to some other brands I looked at. The real-time tracking has been super accurate too.

Tracker works well

Ordered a Smart Dog Collar. Shipping took about 6 days. Setup was quick. Tracking on the app is accurate. My dog wears it comfortably. Satisfied with the purchase.
